Return and refund policy
Last updated: 8 June 2026. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
1. Scope
This policy applies to purchases of online habit challenge programmes and digital materials from Wildernesscleana by consumers in the United Kingdom.
2. Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If our digital content is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to the cancellation rights below.
3. 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a full refund, provided:
- The programme has not yet commenced, and
- You have not downloaded or accessed digital materials beyond what is necessary to review the service description
By requesting immediate access to digital content before the cancellation period ends, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once access begins, in accordance with Regulation 36(1).
4. Cancellation Before Start Date
- More than 7 days before start: full refund minus payment processing fees (typically under £2)
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before start: 50% refund
- Within 48 hours of start: no refund unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion
5. After Programme Commencement
Once a programme has begun and portal access has been granted, refunds are generally not available due to the digital nature of the service. We may offer credit towards a future cohort where appropriate.
6. Organisational Bookings
Corporate and group bookings are subject to terms in the separate service agreement. Bespoke materials may affect standard cancellation rights.
7. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Email writetous@wildernesscleana.world with your name, order reference, and reason. We process approved refunds within 14 days to your original payment method, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Faulty Digital Content
If programme materials are inaccessible due to a fault on our side, contact us immediately. We will remedy the issue within a reasonable time or offer a replacement enrolment at no extra cost.
