Is this a medical service?

No. We provide educational habit-building programmes for generally healthy adults. We do not diagnose, treat, or offer clinical advice. Consult your GP for health concerns.

What are your prices?

Programmes range from £29 to £89, inclusive of VAT. Full pricing is published on our homepage. See our Return Policy for refund terms.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to reply within two working days during office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 GMT). For urgent complaints, see our Complaints Procedure.
